Jaci Buckmaster, MEd, MA, LPC
Jaci graduated from Southern
Oregon State University with a math/science degree. She became
certified as a medical technologist and worked 14 years in the
medical field. Jaci then studied to be an elementary school teacher.
She taught for 19 years, getting a master’s degree in education.
Jaci retired in 2002 from teaching and returned to Southern Oregon
State University to get her master’s degree in applied psychology
and pursue her career in counseling.
Jaci is a state licensed professional counselor. Jaci has a
strength-based philosophy in working with her clients. She believes
that self-awareness is the beginning of change towards
self-empowerment, overcoming fears, and making choices that lead to
a more satisfying life.
